GENERAL TERMS

By accessing and using the Black Soil Ink website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your tattoo. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo at Black Soil Ink. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at the time of your appointment. No exceptions will be made.

CONSENT & HEALTH

All clients must complete and sign a consent form prior to receiving a tattoo. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. Black Soil Ink reserves the right to refuse service if we believe it is in the best interest of your health and safety.

ACADEMY ENROLLMENT

Enrollment in the Black Soil Ink Academy is subject to availability and acceptance. Course fees are due upon enrollment and are non-refundable after the first week of instruction. All materials provided as part of the starter kit remain the property of the student upon completion of the program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the property of Black Soil Ink and its artists. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

LIABILITY

Black Soil Ink follows all local health and safety regulations. However, tattooing inherently carries risks. By receiving a tattoo, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Black Soil Ink is not liable for any complications arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
